Membership Card tab
Membership cards are printed from the Membership Manager tab. Before you print cards, you must first create a template. Use this tab to set up your membership card template.
On the Membership Card tab in Admin, there are 5 different layout options for your cards. These layouts allow you to place your logo in different locations on the card, select the fields you want to appear on the card, add labels for your fields, and customize the font size, color and attributes.
To create a membership card template, do the following:
- From the Hello menu, select Administration.
- Open the Membership Card tab.
- Scroll down to view the layout options.
- Click on one of the layouts to select it.
- From the list on the left, drag and drop each field you want to have on your card.
- Note that "Client" refers to your organization.
- Type in a label for each field you selected.
- Select from the font options for each field and label.
- If the layout includes a logo, click on the logo area and select your logo.
- If you have not used the logo in other parts of ExceedFurther, it may not appear in the list of available images. Click on the Browse button to locate and upload your logo.
- You may need to adjust the size of the area that includes the logo.
- After you have completed the layout, click on the Save button that is within the selected layout area.
- Note that there is a separate Save button for each layout. Make sure you click on the right one.
- To see if your card looks the way you want it, open the Membership Manager, select a membership from the list and then select the member names from the bottom list. Click on the Print Membership Cards button to preview the cards.
- If the logo does not appear, it may be that you need to enable editing of the Word document. Clicking on the Enable Editing button, if it apepar at the top of the cards, should cause the logo to appear.
- At any time you can return to the Membership Card tab in Admin to make adjustments to your layout.
