Event Attendee List Tab
The Attendee List tab contains a list of all individual attendee names for this event. These names were added to this list through the Attendee Details screen when a name from the RSVP list accepted the invitation. If you are using an online form for this event, these names may have been added by the person when they filled in the form online. Names can also be added at the Assign Groupings step.
If individual attendee names were not known at the time that someone accepted the invitation, those names may appear in this list as "Guest" plus the last name of the invitee name, for example "Guest 3 Smith". Once you know the actual names of the attendees, you can enter them when you assign groupings.
Above the list is a radio button with these choices:
- Show Assigned - include only attendees who have been assigned to a group.
- Show Unassigned - include only attendees who have not yet been assigned to a group.
- Show all - include all attendees.
You can configure this list to show exactly what you would like to see about your attendees. You can change the columns around, add additional columns, and filter and sort the data to facilitate your ability to view and update your information quickly and easily.
The list includes the user defined fields that you may have selected as part of this event, such as food preference or shirt size.
If you wish to make changes to these user defined fields or change the attendance status of an individual name, select the name from the list and click on the pencil icon at the top of the list.
To assign attendees to groups or to make changes to group assignments, click on the edit button to go to the Group Assignments screen. On that screen you can change the names of attendees, remove attendees from the list, assign people to groupings, and change their user defined field values.
