Event Overview Tab

The Event Overview tab is a snapshot view of the status of your event at a particular time. It shows how many people have responded, how much money has been received (and spent), and details about the location, capacity, and so forth.

After the event is over, you can use this tab to record all of your comments and instructions for the next time a similar event is launched in the future. You can also attach documents such as a copy of the invitation, contracts with vendors, the menu and other program materials, and anything else that will be useful in the future.

The Event Overview sub tab includes the following buttons:

  1. Edit - if you wish to make any changes to the fields on the Event Overview tab, or other information about this event, use this button.

  2. Refresh - this button updates the counts of participants from the Participant list and the amount raised.
