Guest Manager Wait List Tab

The Wait List tab displays all of the guest families currently waiting for a room. From this list you can move families into rooms as they become available or you can mark them as not being accommodated.

The Wait List has the following buttons:

  1. Add Stay - to add a family to the Wait List.
  2. Edit Stay - to make changes to a guest stay on the Wait List. Select the guest name to edit before clicking on the Edit Stay button.
  3. Move to a Room - to remove the family from the Wait List into a room and to change their Stay Type to Stay. This opens the Add/Edit Guest Stay screen at Step 3 - Room where you can select a room to move them into.
  4. Remove from the Wait List - to remove the family from the Wait List and to change their status to No Room, Canceled, or No Show.
