Mail Chimp Interface Overview
Although you can send a group of email messages directly from within ExceedFurther, this method is not recommended for sending large numbers of emails, such as your newsletter, on a regular basis. The email functionality in ExceedFurther is intended for small batches, perhaps no more than 50 emails at a time. In addition, there are no automatic opt out features in ExceedFurther.
For large batches of email you should be using a bulk email provider, such as Mail Chimp, Constant Contact or Vertical Response. To make it easy to build your email lists and keep your donors' email preferences up to date, ExceedFurther includes an interface to all of these products.
Mail Chimp is a company that provides email marketing services. If you have an account with Mail Chimp, you can create lists from your Exceed Beyond names and send them directly to create email lists in Mail Chimp. You can also view the results of email campaigns and update your Exceed Beyond names with mailing tags and Do Not Email indicators where needed.

Getting Started with the Mail Chimp Interface
Before using the Mail Chimp Interface, you need to establish an account with Mail Chimp. When you open the Mail Chimp Interface in ExceedFurther, you are asked for your Mail Chimp user name and password.
If you have been using Mail Chimp as your email provider, you will see all of your email lists from the ExceedFurther interface. You can use the responses to your email campaigns to update mailing tags and Do Not Mail markers in ExceedFurther. You can also create new Mail Chimp lists from your ExceedFurther email lists.
If you have not been using Mail Chimp but would like to begin, you can export a list of names and email addresses from ExceedFurther into a list in Mail Chimp. You can then use the responses to update mailing tags and Do Not Mail markers for those addresses.
Use the Mail Chimp Interface Tab to accomplish these tasks.
