Send Renewals
Renewal reminders can be sent from the Member Manager or they can be sent from the Mailings window. In both cases you need first to create at least one letter template for your renewals. You can create several templates for different circumstance. When you run reminders, you are asked to select the template to use.
When you run reminders from the Member Manager, you first select the memberships. You can run the reminders in several batches if you wish, selecting different memberships in each group. For example, one group may include memberships that are expiring next month for one letter, another group may be those expiring this month for a different letter, and a final group could be those who have lapsed for a third letter.
To send renewals from the Member Manager, do the following:
- Find everyone who needs a particular renewal reminder letter by selecting on Expiring Members and selecting the date range.
- Click on the check box at the top of the far left column to make sure all memberships displayed in the list are selected.
- Click on the Send Reminders button.
- Select the letter template from the list.
- Click on your choice for generating the reminders.

- When you have finished, close the Reminder window.
