Quick Add

There are many places in ExceedFurther where you an add new donor and prospects names, gifts, memberships, events, volunteer schedules, and many other pieces of information that you need to manage your organization. The Quick Add navigator allows you to add a new name or gift quickly, with only the essential pieces of information. Once you are on the Quick Add screen for a household,organization, or gift, you can also go to the Advanced Add screen to add additional details.

You can use Quick Add to add the following:

1. Household - add a new individual or a couple to create a new household.
2. Organization - add a new organization with a single contact name and address.
3. Volunteer - add an individual name with his or her volunteer interests and other attributes.
4. Gift - look up a donor name and add a single gift of any type. If the donor name is not in ExceedFurther, you can also quickly add the donor.
5. Member - add an individual name with a new membership.
6. Guest - add an individual or couple who are staying in your Ronald McDonald House.
