Activity Manager

The Activity Manager allows you to view all of the activities that have been added to biographical records on the Activity tab. You can use filters to narrow down the list.

The Activity manager includes these buttons:

  1. Add - Add a new activity. You first must look up the name to whom you are adding the activity. The activity you add will appear on that household or organization's Activity tab in their Biographical tab.
  2. Edit - Make changes to an existing activity. First select the activity to edit by highlighting the row in the grid.
  3. Update Selected - Make changes to several activities at the same time. Select the activities to update by first checking the boxes on the left side of the grid. You can change a number of fields for the activities, including dates, user names, codes and notes.
    1. WARNING: Once you have updated several activities using Update Selected, you cannot undo the changes. Make sure you have selected the correct activities.
  4. Add to Calendar - Add the selected activities to your Outlook, Google, or similar external calendar.
  5. Delete - Delete the selected activities. Select the activities to delete by first checking the boxes on the left side of the grid.

WARNING: Once you have deleted activities using the Delete button, you cannot recover them. Make sure you have selected the correct activities to delete.
