Bio Activity Tab

The Bio Activity tab displays a history of all of the activities that have been added to any names in the household or organization. The list at the top of the tab contains each activity. You can customize this list by using the gear to change the columns that are displayed and by clicking on the column headers to change the sort order that the activities appear in.

As you select an activity from the list, the details appear in the area below.

If you wish to see activities that are associated with a particular name within the household or organization rather than all activities, select Show Only above the list of activities and select the name whose activities you wish to view.

This tab includes five buttons:

  1. Add - to add a new activity.
  2. Edit - to make changes to the selected activity.
  3. Add to Outlook - to add this activity to your outlook calendar.
  4. Add Attachment - to add an attachment to this activity. You can attach a document, such as a letter or grant proposal, to each activity. Note that a COPY of the document is attached. Any changes in the document made after it has been attached are not reflected in the attachment.
  5. Delete - to delete this activity from the activity history.
