Campaign Manager
Use the Campaign Manager to define the goal and dates of a campaign, create volunteer solicitor teams and goals, create and update the Gift Range Chart, and add and track prospects.
The Campaign Manager has a List sub tab that shows a list of all campaigns.
Within the Campaign Manager you can open any number of campaign tabs, one for each campaign you wish to work on. Each campaign tab is labeled with the name of the campaign and includes the following sub tabs:
- Campaign Overview - this shows the campaign name, goal, dates, and names for the stages. It also includes a thermometer graphic showing the current campaign results.
- Prospect List - this list of prospects is where you track the progress of each prospect name through the campaign cultivate/solicit/steward cycle.
- Gift Range Chart - the chart shows the number of gifts you need in each category to reach your goal.
- Solicitors/Teams - you can group volunteer solicitors into teams and assign goals to individual solicitors and/or to teams.
