Campaign Manager Gift Range Chart Tab

The Gift Range Chart tab displays the Gift Range Chart for the campaign and includes a count of actual prospects and actual gifts, along with a cumulative total for gifts.

Actual prospects are defined as names on the list of prospects who have been assigned the Ask Range that corresponds to the row in the Gift Range Chart.

Ask Ranges are defined when you define the Gift Size Table for the campaign and are assigned to prospects as they are added or later, using the Prospect List tab.

Gifts, pledges, dues, and sales that have the corresponding campaign code are shown in the Actual Gifts column. They are categorized according to the amount of the gift, not the Ask Range of the donor. Since a donor may make a gift outside of their assigned range, the name may count as a prospect in one range category but the gift may count in a different range category.

You can make changes to the Gift Range Chart by clicking on the Edit Range Chart button. This takes you to Step 2 in the Campaign Setup wizard.
