Family Room Quick Lists Tab

You can view lists of patients and visitors on this tab. For each list, you can set certain filters, sort by any column, and look up using the header on any column. Note that you cannot move the columns around or select the columns to include.

You can use the following functions on the Icon bar:

  1. Print - to print the list. This creates a PDF report that you can print or save.
  2. Mail - to send a letter or email to everyone on the list. This opens the Mailing setup screen where you can select your letter template and send the mailing.
  3. Export - to create an Excel spreadsheet or CVS format file containing the information on the list.

These Quick Lists do not include check boxes in each row, so you need to use the filters to get the list you want to print, mail or export. In all cases the entire filtered list is included.

The available Quick Lists are as follows:

  1. Patient Names - the names of all patients as entered on Registration Cards, along with their gender and birth date.
  2. All Names - the names of all visitors who came to the Family Room in the selected date range. Their Relationship, Heard Method, address, email and phone number are also included.
  3. All Addresses - the names and addresses of all visitors who came to the Family Room in the selected date range. Only names with addresses are included.
  4. All Emails - the names and email addresses of all visitors who came to the Family Room in the selected date range. Only names with email addresses are included.
  5. All Addresses - the names and phone numbers of all visitors who came to the Family Room in the selected date range. Only names with phone numbers are included.
