Guest Manager Request List Tab
The Request List tab displays all of the guest families currently requesting a room. From this list you can move families into rooms as they become available or confirm them for future rooms, or you can mark them as not being accommodated.
The Request List has the following buttons:
- Add Stay - to add a family to the Request List.
- Edit Stay - to make changes to a guest stay on the Request List. Select the guest name to edit before clicking on the Edit Stay button.
- Move to Wait List - to move this family from the Request List to the Wait List. This would typically happen if they cannot be accommodated on the requested arrival date but might be able to move into a room when one is available.
- Confirm - to move the family from the Request List into a confirmed room in the future and to change their Stay Type to Confirmed. This opens the Add/Edit Guest Stay screen at Step 2 - Guest where you can make any additional changes to the stay record, including selecting a room.
- Move to a Room - to remove the family from the Request List into a room now and to change their Stay Type to Stay. This opens the Add/Edit Guest Stay screen at Step 3 - Room where you can select a room to move them into.
- Remove from the Request List - to remove the family from the Request List and to change their status to No Room, Canceled, or No Show.
