Scheduled Reports

The Scheduled Reports screen displays a list of the reports that you have set up as scheduled reports, to be run automatically on a regular basis and sent to a list of recipients. From this screen you can manage the scheduled reports, making changes and deleting schedules.

This screen includes the following buttons:

Refresh - to update the list with the most recent additions.

Update - to make changes to the schedule for this report. You can update the list of recipients and the subject and body of the email itself, but you cannot make changes to the schedule itself. If you need to change the schedule, delete the report from the schedule and set up a new scheduled report.

View Schedule - to view the details about the schedule for this report. This also displays a journal of all of the times the report was run and sent.

Email Report - to run the report and email it immediately. The report will be sent to everyone in the email recipient list.

Delete - to delete the schedule.
