Bio Campaign Tab

The Bio Campaign tab displays a history of all of the campaigns and the associated prospect details that have been added to any names in the household or organization. The list at the top of the tab contains each campaign and prospect name. You can customize this list by using the gear to change the columns that are displayed and by clicking on the column headers to change the sort order that the campaigns appear in.

As you select a campaign from the list, the details appear in the area below.

If you wish to see campaigns that are associated with a particular name within the household or organization rather than all campaigns, select Show Only above the list of campaigns and select the name whose campaigns you wish to view.

Each row in the list shows the details for one campaign for the displayed name. You can only have one campaign prospect detail record per campaign per name. These details can be added from this tab or they can be added from the Campaign manager, when the name is added to the prospect list for the campaign. Whether the campaign details have been entered here for a name or from the Campaign manager, they appear both in this list and in the prospect list in the Campaign manager.

This tab includes six buttons:

  1. Add - to add a name to the prospect list for a campaign.
  2. Edit - to make changes to the selected campaign prospect details.
  3. Delete - to delete this prospect name from the associated campaign.
  4. Add Activity - to add a campaign activity to the selected name.
  5. Add Gift - to add a campaign gift to the selected name and campaign.
  6. Campaign Manager - to open the Campaign manager tab for the selected campaign.

How to add campaign details to a prospect

You can add the entire household or organization as a campaign prospect or one or more of the names within the household or organization. You also select the campaign you are adding the name to, followed by the prospect details, as explained below.

The exact fields that are included and the order they appear on this screen can be selected by your administrator, using the Custom Page Layout in Admin. Your administrator might also add User Defined Fields that are unique to your organization.

When you add prospect details for a campaign prospect name, you fill in the following fields:

  1. Name - the name to add as a prospect to the campaign. The list of names includes the household or organization itself, plus all of the names within the household or organization.
  2. Campaign - the campaign you are adding this name to.  Campaigns are defined in the Campaign Manager.
  3. Ask Range - the probable range of gift amounts this prospect will fall into. The ranges are defined by the Gift Size Table that is associated with this campaign. The Ask Range is used to place the prospect into the right category in the Gift Range Chart.
  4. Ask Amount - the amount you expect to ask from this prospect for this campaign.
  5. Stage - the stage that this prospect is currently in for this campaign. Stages are defined in the Campaign Manager.
  6. Staff - the person who is assigned as having primary responsibility for this prospect in this campaign. The list of staff members is the list of users from your organization.
  7. Solicitor - the name or names of the volunteer solicitors assigned to this prospect for this campaign.
  8. Notes - any notes about this prospect in this campaign.
