Guest Manager

You access the Guest Manager tab from the Guest section of the Navigator.

The Guest Manager Includes the following components, each in a separate tab:

  1. Guest List - to view and update the guests who are staying or requesting lodging.
  2. Room Manager - to display and manage the use of rooms in the house or other location.
  3. Occupant Manager - to keep track of each occupant of each room on a daily basis.
  4. Wait List - to view and update the families who are waiting for a room and to move them into a room if one becomes available.
  5. Request List - to view and update the families who have requested a room in the future and to confirm a room when possible.
  6. Invoice Manager - to view and add payments to outstanding invoices.
